I'm well loving my new lingo. It's a Romford/East London mix which Laura and Lee are slowly coming to terms with also. They are from Kent and I'm showing them the ropes ha.

I've had my first two days of lectures. No hardship at all. They were both shorter than they were meant to be and both just about what I'm gonna have to do to pass. Nothing learnt yet. Boring really. I think psychology might be okay coz of the a-level background n stuff. I dunno. I'll see.

I que'd up for so long today just to buy a bloody book I need. 25 quid it was. :(. And I que'd for 45 minutes all on my lonesome. Sucked. THEN essentials didn't even had coke so I had to suffer the hardship of pepsi. GROSS.

I eat bares today. It's not good. I'm going to go running next week a lot because I can't afford the one off gym payment as of yet. Lame. Ohhh well. I'm jealous of S' curry she cooked. It was good.

Me, East London and Zoe spent the night together coz the others went out and about. I started reading the book. It sounds quite interesting and I'm actually quite enjoying how I have to teach myself stuff because I can go at my own pace and stuff. It's fun. We massaged each other also.

I'm a fan of East London's poem to which I was her muse...it's about apples and stuff. I dunno, these weird English Lit tasks...

Tomorrow we all have the day off. I'm doing laundry at half 9, then going to asda coz it's bare cheap and they're doing 5 packs of supernoodles for a pound and stuff. :). Goooood times. Then I dunno what we'll do tomorrow night.

THURSDAY night however...BRING ON FAT MAN SCOOP! Oh yes. I'm excited muchly. I have two more lectures on Thursday though. But I have Friday off. Awesome. :)

Mer, pretty boring stuff really. 

I really like it here. I feel settled already. I don't miss home, and I just like independence and stuff. It's cool.

The end of Freshers :(

Freshers is officially over. Although according to East London we have 'Freshers fortnight' because they're still laying stuff on for us to do. Hmm. I don't trust the girl, she's a bit sketchy coz of her East London background. Haha.

Last night we had the freshers ball. It was really good. They had a big marquee set up as well as the club. Loads of people there it was awesome. I even got to see Coolio, the singer of 'Gangster's paradise' and the Kenan and Kel theme song hahahaha. You know you're jealous!

Today I got up at 1. Made a sandwich and basically did nothing.

A few of us got some chinese tonight. I felt bad that the others made Ollie order it. I thought he was getting it, but he wasn't. If i'd of known i'd of just ordered it! Gee's. These people are pussies!

Tomorrow we start lectures. I have such a doss week I really do. Only one lecture tomorrow from 3-4. :) Awesome.

I just realised how much I say it.

Fresher's Week!

I haven't written this in almost a week, wanted to wait for fresher's week to be over and now it practically is. :(. Booooo.

Anyways, this week has been awesome. I've really enjoyed myself and it honestly feels like I've been living here for weeks! Me and my flatmates are so comfortable with each other it's really awesome. We've also taken Lee's girlfriend Laura and Lindsey under our wing. 

This week has been full of parties, events, socialising and boring meetings about the courses we're all doing. The beach party was okay, but reallllly packed in the venue so that was annoying. I don't remember the next night, but Wednesday was School disco/Uv party. It was AWESOME. We spent the day in town buying UV body paint and searching for jobs. Then we came back and got ready. I wrote all on my school shirt. 'ROMFORD!' (I've become very patriotic since coming here haha), 'TYLER COURT B', 'FLAT 4' etccc. Then we did the same with the UV paint all over our faces/arms/legs etc. It was such a good night and we got SO wasted. (Well, me and Katie haha).

A couple of douchebags set off the fire alarms in our block a couple of nights this week so we had to go stand in the freeeezing cold at 4 in the morning. But it's been all good since Wednesday so no worries about that!

My room's a tip already.

Last night we went to a couple of bars and it was cool. Laura made me give her piggy backs everywhere and it was funny. We chased the rabbits and called one Rupert. Ha. I also taught her my ghetto lingo, so i'm sure somewhere on campus you can hear a small blonde girl with cries of 'WAGWUN G?' Hahahahaha. 

I'm really impressed by my flatmates cooking skills. I'm rubbish. They constantly have to watch over my shoulder or just do it for me. I'm really poor but they are really good. 

George used his shisha last night, it was fun. He turned yellow apparently haha. Good times.

The freshers fair was good also, a bit busy but mer. Me and Ollie found a stall where they were just giving out free stuff. We were sceptical but it was true. So we came back with loads of pots and pans, hangers etc haha. I felt like a right scavange (my new word haha). I got a free apple also.

Yesterday I signed up for Karate at the sports fair. I dunno if I wanna start training again, gotta have a think about it but I might just go to the first lesson and see.

I've almost finished my guiness'. I need to buy some more but have NO money. Boooooo.

I just checked my timetable. It's awesome so far. I have wednesdays and fridays off, but my seminars don't start until the week after next so it'll get busier then I guess!

Anywaaaaays. I've missed out loads but I'm bored of typing and can't think off the top of my head what to say.

Fresher's ball is tonight and it should be a really good night hopefully. We're gonna go to a second year's house party once it finishes as well so it's gonna be a mega late one and i'll be mega drunk and sleep mega late tomorrow. Aweeesome times are gonna be upon me, I can tell.

Moving in, strangers, Kent.

I moved in yesterday. Tyler Court B flat 4/H, Rutherford College, Kent University is now my new home. It's pretty cool here. My rooms bigger than I expected, the kitchen is massive with two of everything (ovens, sinks etc), and it all just seems good. The guys I share flat 4 with are all cool. There's 9 of us and so far we've all got on, it's only day 2 I guess, the future will tell, but so far, there's no beef and we're all just settling in to this new life!

I arrived yesterday, after bare traffic so we got here in twice the time we should of. Unpacked a bit, got ID, mum n dad bought me food whilst I unpacked the rest n met the guys who moved in yesterday as well n then the family went. Weird at first, but then we just got drunk and it was cool. Did a bar crawl around campus because there's like 4 bars and the club here so that was good. I LOVE student prices for drinks. The one thing I shant miss about Rom-town is the over-priced alcohol. For sure. All got pretty wasted n it was cool eating doritos at 2 in the morning. I also broke this guy Lee's bowl, to which I merely responded "oops", classic friends and a funny moment. 

None of us slept much I don't think and we all woke up early. Dad came back to try fix my T.V but it didn't work still. It's cool, I can watch most stuff on here anyway. EXCEPT 4OD APPARENTLY! Howwww annoying! Ah well, i'll survive! We went to Canterbury n he bought me some lunch n then he left again. I'll see them again in a few weeks so it's okay! Glad I'm not from abroad like one guy we're sharing with!

Tonight we went to the bar in our college (the uni is split into four colleges for all the different accomodations) and that was fun. They were doing a night of drinking games where all the accomodations in our college were against each other. I was in the one for 'down the pint the quickest' where 5 people from each different accomodation in our college took part. One person would down a pint, then the next etc, the first accomodation to drink all 5 pints first won. Lee (who's bowl I broke) was a traitor and battled for a different place, and my team didn't win. We only had 4 members anyway. "Oops".

I keep saying "oops" a lot here. It might irritate people, but that's what I do? Ted, bert, banter etc... 

We went to the venue after that, (venue's the club on campus) but there was a hypnotist there and it wasn't all that so a few of us came back here, cooked some food and chilled.

That's that really. This week we just have introductory meetings and freshers and then next week the work begins again. I'm not excited to learn again.

Oh well, I'll just drink my life away this week I guess.

Only Rich and Steve can see this and I bet you're both bored/not even got to this part.

My last Tuesday

I wasn't going to start this until I moved away, but a few things have happened recently so I felt another was needed already.

On Saturday I had my last ever shift at Tesco (unless I end up working there again some day, they pay good. For students.) and was half an hour late haha. They thought I just wasn't going in and didn't care. I shouldn't of gone. I didn't think I'd miss it at all, but tbh as I was signing off n stuff I realised how comfortable I'd gotten n what a good little job it was just whilst I was at college and stuff. I made some good mates there who I'll miss a lot. I'll miss having a job that I know inside out and I'll miss being paid over seven quid an hour for sitting there passing food to people. Easy money.

Anyway, Tesco is over. It's cool. I went down and saw my best mate and another good mate and their other room mate i'd never met on Monday. It was really good. After my trek there it was good to see the house as a proper house rather than a random place to visit before they moved in. We cooked fajita's from a fajita kit and it was nice. Me, Steve and my 'bb' Rich (ha) went into Guildford because they hadn't had a proper night out yet. We went to some club called 'Harpers'. After wandering round several small rooms we found the big dance floor and stuff. It was major expensive but major fun. I'm jealous they get to live together and do all this stuff together. They're going to have a really good time.

Tonight I went out with a few of my theatre studies mates. I haven't seen them in absolultely ages and tonight was the last night I'll see most of them before I leave. It only hit me half way through the night. I'll miss our outings a lot and it sucks we never did do our London night that we planned at the start of the summer, but there's always summer 09 I guess guys! All I have to say is...ZIP, TURTLE POWER, AEEEEEH, ZAP, TED, BOING, BERT, REFLECTORRRR. Haha. Love you all. Well, the majority...;) 

So that's that. Tomorrow's Wednesday, i'm packing and seeing Natasha for the last time. Thursday I'll pack some more and head to Opium for the last time and to say goodbye to most of my other friends. And Friday I'll be doing last odds and ends. Then Saturday, that's it. I'm off.

This summer has gone TOO quick, but this week, especially Saturday and Monday has made me realise it's time to move! New jobs, new studies, new mates, new home. It's gonna be cool.

Probably won't do one of these until I move down there now. So that's that.

My first blog of many maybe.

I put maybe in the title because knowing me I probably won't stick to doing this. It'd be good if I did though.

Yeah, so this is my first blog. I have 13 days until I leave so it'll all start properly then I guess. Exciting.

My best friend moves on Wednesday and this is not good. Boo. 

I don't like everyone moving away but I can't wait for us to all come back and see each other either.

I finish work at Tesco's soon. I can't wait. I hate it there now, each shift is horrendous. Bring on the search for job in Canterbury!
